Information about Delivery and Returns

We deliver anywhere in the world from United Kingdom.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout depending on weight, size and destination but exclude Customs and import taxes that might apply in your country.
All orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
Estimated delivery times
If you require Express delivery, please contact us first to confirm what options are available and the cost.
United Kingdom: 1 to 5 business days*
Europe: 4 to 10 business days*
Everywhere else: 7 to 15 business days*
*These time frames are estimated and they are not guaranteed.
On rare occasions, Customs delays or carrier delays may occur, causing your order to arrive later than expected. We may not be responsible for these delays as we have no control over these services. No refund or compensation will be paid in these circumstances.

Should delivery be refused and items returned to us, any and all further costs incurred due to re-delivery will be at customer’s cost.
Customs and import taxes
Within the UK and EU, all taxes are included and there is no customs duty.
For delivery outside the EU, prices are quoted excluding duty, all taxes and clearance charges. Most of our items will fit within duty-free allowance so you shouldn’t pay anything but please check before you buy.
We may not be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order in your country.
Items cannot be returned to us after 14 calendar days of receipt and all returns must be authorised by us prior to return. Please contact us via Contact page if you wish to return an item.
Returned items must be UNUSED and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Items that are returned to us remain your responsibility until they are received by us in good order.
We advise you to use a tracked and/or signed service for returns. Returned items that won’t reach us will not be refunded.
Should the returned items be damaged in any way when they are received by us (unless damaged has already been notified), we reserve the right to reduce the refund paid to you.
We will not refund the cost of returning unwanted items.
Returning a custom/personalised item
Custom/personalised items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless they are faulty and we’ve been notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Returning a stock item
If you would like to return a stock item, you must inform us via Contact page within 14 days from receiving the order.
Once you told us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item in its original packaging and condition.
Providing the item is returned in its original condition, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Your bank might need additional time to clear the payment.
Damaged or faulty item
Please inspect your items on arrival and if there is any damage, inform us in writing within 48 hours of receipt via Contact page. After this 48 hour period, it is deemed the items have arrived in satisfactory condition.
Please don’t be offended if we require evidence to support your claim: pictures, paint/surface specs, application procedure etc. We need this for carrier insurance claim purposes but also to identify the root of the problem.
