First time I ordered this it didn't arrive, but I contacted the shop and they were very helpful and sent me a new one immediately! Very cute, good quality.

Its unfortunate because this shop has some really neat stuff.
I ordered one of their decal stickers and it was never delivered. When I contacted the shop to problem solve their tone was utterly condescending.
Weeks later, my item still hasn't arrived. I again contact the shop to get another trite and condescending response.
If I spent more money at your shop would that help you adjust your tone?

I am sorry about your experience with us but your review is unfair and part false. When you contacted us I’ve explained to you that the package might be lost in the mail and I’ve offered a full refund or a replacement. I have also explained that you order had a small value and did not justify the cost of a tracked service. If we would have a better option for shipping, we would use it with no hesitation. Even “multiple customers have complained of missing shipments” they are actually only a few (a tiny 0.32%). Of course, some packages get lost in the mail but we offer full support to all customers and I think this is reflected in our shop’s rating. Happy Christmas

Only issue is that the letters didn't come off easily when sticking it on my car, so the "E" is messed up and looks a bit funny. 5" was plenty big enough for back of car.

After contacting the shop following an issue with one of their products I was told that they would not be willing to send a replacement as I had not taken the appropriate steps when attempting to apply it to my wall. If like me, you are unaware of the various ways in which a sticker can be applied to a wall – make sure you do your research first as the shop includes no instructions whatsoever of the potential pitfalls than can occur during this process. After spending £25 on a sticker, it’s a little disappointing when you feel you have taken the appropriate care necessary to then be told that you haven’t followed instructions that aren’t even included with the product? Overall, disappointing product and even worse customer service.
